Terms of Service
Effective 27 August 2026
These terms apply when you access solodiff.com or use a SoloDiff tool. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What SoloDiff provides
SoloDiff provides browser-based developer tools and utilities. The public site is offered without an account. Some operations may run in your browser; others may be processed by SoloDiff or by a third party named on the relevant tool page. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
Permitted use
You may use SoloDiff for lawful development, educational, and administrative purposes. You are responsible for the data you submit and for having permission to process it.
You must not:
- use the service to break the law, invade privacy, or harm another person or system;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
- interfere with the service or place an unreasonable load on SoloDiff or its providers;
- submit secrets, private data, or other information you are not authorized to disclose; or
- misrepresent generated output as proof of correctness, security, ownership, or legal compliance.
Results
Tool output is informational. Input quality, browser differences, character encodings, later changes, and software limits can affect results. Results are not a guarantee that data is correct, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Verify important changes independently before relying on a result in production, security, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Third-party services and links
A tool page may name a third-party service used to complete a request. Their own terms, policies, limits, and availability may apply. SoloDiff is not responsible for third-party services or external websites.
Intellectual property
SoloDiff’s site design, branding, and original software and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain any rights you have in information you submit.
Availability, suspension, and changes
We may maintain, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. We may block traffic or use that appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloDiff is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloDiff and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, revenue, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected. For questions about these terms, email [email protected].
